Special Projects & Equipment Grant
The SPHS Tiger Booster Club has budgeted funds for Special Projects and Equipment that will enhance Athletic Team Programs and Extracurricular activities at SPHS. These funds are designated for projects and equipment that are beyond those routinely and regularly funded by Booster Club.

Fall Grants – October 1
Spring Grants – February 1
Details and Scope of the Grant
- Requested item/s and activities must result in a direct benefit to SPHS students.
- Grants will be awarded according to need and potential benefit to SPHS students. In general, awards will be in the range of $500 – $10,000 though applicants may apply for more than this if the purchase will benefit multiple programs and significant numbers of students. Partial grants may also be awarded. The amount of the grant awarded is at the discretion of the SPHS Tiger Booster Club Board.
- Items purchased with Grant funds become the property of SPUSD and must be purchased by December 1 (Fall Grants) or May 30 (Spring Grants)
- A committee composed of the SPHS Principal, SPHS AD, SPHS Tiger Booster Club President and 2 board members will meet to review applications and make recommendations to the SPHS Tiger Booster Board for consideration when awarding grants.
- Applicants will receive notice regarding their application by October 30 (Fall Grants) or February 28 (Spring Grants)
- All payments will be made by the SPHS Tiger Booster Club.
- Only applications submitted on this online form will be considered.
